One teacher, one student at a time
Yasmin teaches English at a language center. At the end of each level, she runs the oral exam herself: one student, one set of questions, one grade, then the next student.

Where it breaks: the week of the exam
The freeze happens on both sides of the desk. Students who barely spoke between classes sit down and go quiet. Yasmin, with a queue at the door, has a few minutes to judge a level she hasn’t heard all term.
A few minutes of speaking, once a level, is a thin base for a grade.
How Yasmin’s groups practice with Speaking Genie
Her center loads the chapter she is teaching, and Yasmin assigns the week’s call to a group from her dashboard. The feedback is written as rewrites: a student who says “I am studying here since one year” sees “I’ve been studying here for a year.”

Students take the call at home in the app and speak out loud with an AI partner.
Review
Each session comes back with a first-pass grade on range, accuracy and fluency, pronunciation feedback and quoted corrections. Yasmin reviews it and decides the level.
What changes
Yasmin no longer grades every student from zero. She can still hold a final conversation with any student, and the decision on each level is hers. Before class she reads the group report: the mistakes the whole group makes, quoted with corrections, a teaching tip and a suggested task. She knows who has been speaking and who hasn’t.
