3. Account Types and Eligibility

- Learning Center Accounts: For institutions managing multiple teachers and students
3.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our service. Users under 18 require parental consent. Learning centers must be legitimate educational institutions recognized by local authorities.
4. AI Service Limitations
Our AI technology provides language learning assistance but has inherent limitations:
- AI feedback is not a substitute for professional human instruction
- Pronunciation analysis accuracy depends on audio quality and connection
- Learning recommendations are algorithmic and may not suit every learning style
- Service availability depends on active internet connectivity and server uptime
5. User Responsibilities

8. User-Generated Content
- You retain ownership of your voice recordings and learning progress data
- You grant us a license to process recordings for AI analysis and service improvement
- Anonymized and aggregated data may be used to enhance our core AI models
- You may delete your recordings and logs at any time via account settings
9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability
Speaking Genie provides the service "as is". We are not liable for learning outcomes, indirect damages, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable technological control.

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms, fraud, or non-payment. Upon termination, users have 30 days to export their learning data before complete deletion.
12. Changes to Terms
